Power of Paleo
About 4 years ago I went mostly "Paleo" following my husband's wish to be healthier. Besides the occasional pepper triscuits with cheese I was mostly on this route anyhow. However, after cutting those out and any other processed foods I was eating I finally managed to drop those final 8 pounds I struggled with what felt like all my life! I've kept it off and still eat mostly on the paleo path! One thing I have always believed in is Coconut Oil! I started not long ago a regimen of putting it on my face every morning what a difference!! I highly recommend it for keeping your skin soft and smooth and the long term value of replacing it as the fat you use for many things!
